The food consists of a strong Italian base with a subtle
infusion of Japanese ingredients and tastes.
We put equal emphasis on our distinctly Japanese form of
hospitality, called omotenashi, as we do on the delicate
balance of flavors in every dish.
We have been pioneers in the wedding and restaurant
industry in Japan for 16 years. We coordinate and cater
restaurant weddings, corporate events and other various
parties, and we now hope to bring our extensive experience
in Japan to the U.S.

Wedding plan
Our parent company, Plan Do See Inc., has over 16 years of experience in wedding production.
Working off of their extensive knowledge and experience, we are a perfect location for wedding receptions,
rehearsal dinners, and even wedding ceremonies.
We cater for weddings, and can also provide private chef or private sushi chef services.
Additionally, we have an extensive network and can assist with event space decoration, makeup, hair styling, flower arranging,
and wedding gown selection.
